Policy and notes
Payment Schedule
50% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
The remaining amount is to be paid 7 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
All paid prepayments are non-refundable.
Security deposit
A refundable security deposit of €300 is due.

Please note that the rates does not include the Ecotax of the Balearic Islands.
The deposit must be paid in cash during check in and will be returned at check out if applicable.
Although the payments made are not refundable, the payments made of the reservations that must be canceled due to force majeure will be refunded.
