The house had been completely refubrished in 2017, honouring the original elements that caracterize it.
On the ground floor are located the common areas: We access to a big, diaphanous space where we can find the living, the dinning and the kitchen. Looking through the window we can see the outside zone, which will delight the guests during the summer months. Courtyard with a pool to refresh, and a large porch with dinning and living areas, plus another kitchen equipped with a barbacue. Here you can also find the laundry and a toilet.
The rooms are located on the upper floors. Every room has its bathroom "en suite". The top floor also has a solarium terrace with views of the old town and the Sierra de Tramuntana.
The house is equipped with conditioning air, WIFI, and other facilities such as smart TV with satellite connection, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, etc. You can park in the surroundings (200m) for free.
